Summary: Top Secrets Revealed & Done Right
Comment: Wilbur does a spectacular job on breaking the code to restaurants top secret recipes. I've tired several from this book and end up being amazed each time. My biggest fear of when I walk into a restaurant is how they are preparing the food. What is the kitchen environment like, and most importantly are the workers and kitchen clean? Wilbur comes so close pinning down the exact taste & flavor of these dishes, that you'll amaze your family and friends with your new at home creations for half the price you'll pay in the restaurant. So why not eat in the comfort and convenience of your own home, and know exactly what your putting in your mouth. A necessity to every cooks kitchen preparation collection.

Summary: Check the table of contents first!
Comment: I LOVE this book simply because I've been trying to recreate popeye's fried chicken on my own and failed miserably! I checked the table of contents and found it was there and that alone was worth the $9 investment. I'm not going to make everything but its fun to see how you could make Mary Jane's. :D
Check the table of contents first, then if there's a recipe you would like, take a chance. Most times, its pretty good!
Oh and the chicken recipe? Its not exactly right but it's pretty darn close and makes really good spicy fried chicken!

Comment: This is a very cool cook book, lots of fun recipes to try and of favorites. My husband and I had fun just flipping through it when it first arrived planning what we could fix.
The Olive Garden Alfredo is yummy and so close to the original chain version.
