Comment: I bought this heater to run in the garage during the winter when I wash my car. The heater has no problem heating the garage into the sixties when on full heat. Once the garage is warm, I can maintain the heat at the half setting. I have a standard double car garage to heat. As others have mentioned, the fan doesn't really work that well, but I'm not standing next to it anyway. The purpose of the unit is to heat the room and it does that fine. The only thing I didn't like about it was that the installation of the batteries was difficult. The unit takes two rows of batteries and the springs for the 1st row of batteries gets in the way of installing the second row. They should of staggered the batteries or put them side-by-side. Other than that, this unit works great.

Comment: I am using this heater in our camping trailer. Although there was a slight odor during the first use, there was no odor after that. The unit is easy to use, and produces a considerable amount of heat. This allows us to expand our camping season.

Summary: Problems but they fix
Comment: Had this item for two winters. Worked fine for the first year this past winter wouldn't stay lighted for more then 15 minutes. Tried to contact there customer support what a joke, e-mail several times NO answer. Just wanted to know what parts were needed to make it work nothing from them.
save your money DON'T but this heater.
After a few e-mails they offered me a new heater. the new one works fine, I'm pleased but it did take longer then it should have but they did make right.

Summary: Nicest portable heater I have owned.
Comment: This Heater rocks!!! Our power went out and we were able to heat the whole master bedroom with no problems. I also use it to heat my office in the winter. This is the easiest and best heater for portable home and office use!!!! Great value for the price.
