Summary: fun for all!
Comment: I bought this on a whim because of a good deal, and all three of my kids love it. 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son play in there for long stretches and my 8 months old liked to crawl around in it too!
I was a little difficult to put together, but there is a video online that helps a lot. I like that I can nest the two sides together and get more room when we need to.

Summary: Rose Petal College Rocks!
Comment: When my wife wnated to get this cottage for our little girl last Christmas, I said no due to the $129 price tag. This year, it's a lot cheaper and a lot more reasonable. Takes about half an hour to set up and directions are pretty clear. Our daughter is a tall for 4 years old and she still fits fine inside. She spent most of Christmas day inside the house! The house is in 2 sections and one section can slide inside the other for compact storage. We haven't stored the house yet because our little girl is in the house every day! You will not go wrong with this!

Comment: Pretty Good but Make sure you don't have little ones. it is good for almost 4 year olds and older. the little ones just like to tip it over and climb on top of it. it is pretty and all but not very stable. i have it sqeezed in between two sofas so the kids can't tip it.

Comment: My daughter absolutely loved this cottage! It keeps her occupied and she is so thrilled that she can go in and out of it like it's her very own real house. It was by far her favorite present she got for Christmas. Awesome toy and very durable. Kind of tough to put together, but overall it is wonderful toy for that age group.
